For voucher purchasers:
All vouchers remain valid until their expiration date. We kindly ask you to download all vouchers from your QypeDeals account, if you have not done so already.
For business owners:
The vouchers are valid and must be redeemed. Concerning the settlements of accounts we will pay out the full amount within a short time.
You can still reach us via e-mail. Please be aware that we receive a lot of requests these days, responses may thus take some time to get back to you.

But how do I buy a Deal?
 | 1. Find a Deal you like and click ‘Buy now’. |
 | 2. You can pay with your credit card or debit card and with PayPal coming soon you will be spoilt for choice. |
 | 3. A confirmation email of the order will be sent to you. |
 | 4. When the Deal’s activated, you’ll be charged. |
| | 5. Within 3 days of the Deal activation, you’ll get another email telling you that your voucher is ready. Visit your "my deals" section download it and use it!
