Can you imagine how much they are making by P+P alone! I bought a  ring via a Go Groopi voucher back in March and paid £4.99 for postage. I have sent 5 emails and have not had  a reply. Disgusting - they should not be allowed to get away with it! £4.99 may not be much to some but being a pensioner it is to me - its a rip off! 

Really interesting.  It sounds like a dirty old scam doesn't it!  I had ordered my two tennis bracelets on the 12th March and actually received one of them two weeks ago.  I thought it odd that the delivery note said 2 items but only one was received.  I emailed the customer service address on the same day advising them of what I thought was an unfortunate mistake - still haven't heard from them.  But having now read these reviews - it's no surprise.  Gosh how much money can you make if you take money for multiple items, only ship 1 of those items and don't respond to complaints?!!!  Outrageous.  Poor, Poor, Poor!  I love it that they even had the audacity to ask people to remove negative posts from their Facebook page when they are consistently failing in basic customer service!

It does look like complaining via Wowcher or using the customer contact form online may illicit some kind of response from Illuminata so that's what I'll do and see the upshot!

Absolutely no excuse for this in this day and age!  Also wish I could rate this company a big fat ZERO!

I ordered from Illuminata with a voucher i got on Wowcher and instead of just paying for P&p i had to pay £19.70 for a bracelet. This was on 28th Feb for a birthday present but to date I have received nothing. Have emailed several times but no reply. Disgusted and puts me off Wowcher

I ordered two bracelests off this company through a Wowocher deal. I wish I had seen the comments before I did! one of the bracelets arrived, nothing like as advertised, very poor quality, the second one arrived, but was broke! After several emails to this company and no reply, I contacted Wowcher who have been brilliant as always and have tried to get this resolved, but they can't get a reply either. Avoid this company at all costs!
They were quick to take your money but no aftercare service at all!

I have just seen this site with reviews other people have wrote and I can't believe my eyes I wish I had seen this before I purchased order from this company!!! I equally placed order 5th march and still haven't received it I have sent 5 emails and not a single reply back. And no telephone number to contact them!! Would never orDer from this company again they need taking off wowcher !!!

I will NEVER buy from Illuminata again. I purchaseed my goods on 5th March and 3 weeks later I still have not received it. I have sent 3 emails and they have not replied. Terrible customer service!

I too wish i had read these reviews before purchasing but I would have thought wowcher would research before allowing Illuminata to take down their good name and reputation.

I actually had a quick turnaround compared to other reviews but 2 weeks is still not good enough when you pay the £5 delivery charge expecting the item within a week, not 2. I also sent a few emails through their website, with no response. Looked for a phone number, to which they dont have one, now i wonder why??!!

The bracelet arrived today and oh my god i have never seen something look and feel so cheap.  i think i would have picked up something better from Claires Accessories for 99p.  The bracelet is nothing like the image on the website and it didnt even come in a velvety pouch as the description stated.  I think my wrist would instantly discolour if it was dripped on my rain!  I will not use Illuminata again and will warn all friends etc of all of the reviews here before they purchase a "great deal"!! 

disgusting service, ordered products paid for priority delivery on 05/03/13 still haven't received anything, they don't answer your emails and there is no other contact info for them.

Very unhappy with this site! I've been waiting 8 weeks for my item to be delivered. I have had no reply to any of my emails and only heard from them after posting on their Facebook page! After 8 weeks they sent me a tracking number which shows that the item was apparently delivered but signed for by a complete stranger. There's no way to check if that tracking number is actually for my item or if they just sent a random one. After posting on Facebook, they sent me a threatening email, warning me that legal action will be taken against my 'defamatory and slanderous comments'. Wish I'd had the sense to check these other reviews before buying from them!

I ordered 2items back in November and thought that they would be with me for Christmas however I did receive one of the items but haven't seen the other one. I like the previous person have e-mailed them through 3 times but haven't received any reply and I couldn't find any contact details for them either.
