Same problem with steam mop.  Product stopped working on first day of use.  I have emailed several times and attempted to call UTC but their answering service is constantly out of order.  Any suggestions of how to take this further gratefully receieved.

Absolute rubbish - and i cant even mention the customer service for the swear word sthat would come out,

the product - 6 in 1 Steam Mop = dont waste your money or time all you will be paying for is (1) the postage to receive a box, (2) then u put together the product, (3) u even try it out, (4) then U realise how bad it is, (5) then clear up mess the product has made, (6) repackage the item in the box, (7) then (AND THIS IS THE GOOD BIT - NOT) contact UTC Customer Services - wait a week, (8) then no reply so contact them again, (9) wait another week & then phone them...  to be told "yes sir just send it back with a note and we will arrange for you".

(10) although GUESS WHAT - U are now over your 30 day money back period, which means not only DO YOU HAVE TH PRIVILEGE OF PAYING POSTAGE to return the said rubbish itme ONLY TO GET ANOTHER ONE IN THE POST to go through the wonderful experience AGAIN...

PILE OF S**T PRODUCTS  &  EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE  - muppets the lot of them!!!

I bought a steam mop via KGB deals in March 2013, still no mop, still no emails or respond from UTC or KGB.  I am going through consumer rights and my credit card company.  I would avoid both companies in future.
No Stars, terrible customer service.

I also bought this MOP from UTC in Jan, first of all they managed to cock the delivery address up with another in Bolton,  When I eventualy got the mop delivered it worked on a couple of occasions and now it does not produce steam.  I called over three weeks ago and was told to rpovide proof of purcahse and they would sort a replacement mop out.  After numerpus calls and e-mails still no mop.  I have now sent a letter to them stating if I do not hear from them within 14 days I will be escalating this mater to Traiding Standards.

Never again! Got a 70% discount vouch to buy what appeared to be a good stainless steel juicer, supposedly worth £60, read the description and it looked like a good deal. When I got it I saw it was actually silver and clear plastic, the feeder tube, claimed to accept whole fruit without any cutting, would have trouble accepting a large strawberry. Seeing that it was made for the Spanish market, (they had sent it with the original two pin Spanish plug on and given me an adapter) I searched for it on the net and found it wholesale for 24 Euros and on Spanish Ebay for 34 Euros. I'm not bothering to return it as it is unlikely  I'll get my money back and don't see the point of paying out for return postage, It's probably worth about what I paid but had I known it wasn't the quality it appeared I wouldn't have bought it!

Ordered a Steam Mop via KGB.

Steam mop arrived 16 days after the initial order so I was ok with that.

My husband tried to use it 3 days after its arrival and the whole unit gets hot but no steam!

I have tried toc all them everyday with no answer- I have emailed via their website and direct and also tried to get my money back via KGB with no luck.

KGB said send it back if faulty yet that would be at my cost and I'm not prepared to do that.

If I could give no stars I would have.

I'm £60 out of pocket with a product that doesn't work!

Absolutely shocking!!! Will never buy from these again!!!! Bought a deal through KGB deals and was advised to allow up to 5 working dasy for delivery and Im now on day 17 and still no product!!!! Disgusting! Emailed a week ago to chase them and have yet to receive a reply even though the website states they will reply in 24 hours during working hours Well my initial eamil was sent on a monday and after a week no reply...... I'd say that was a little longer than 24 hours!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGUE!!!! Putting in a cliam through paypal for a full refund do not want to have dealings with this company! By the way I had to place star rating. If I could I would have left it at a ZERO STARS!!!

The worst online company i have ever dealt with, I bought a steam mop from this company and overpaid £9.99 for delivery, the item was meant to arrive within 5 working days after the 6th day, I emailed the company and didn't recieve a reply, the item finally turned up after 8 working days so I emailed them again and explained that I am not happy about being ignored and that my item was late, still no reply, meanwhile my friend is still waiting for her delivery and it has been 17 days, her emails have been ignored aswell so she rang them this afternoon and recieved no customer service from them........don't order from them

UTC London is a very reliable online store. I have ordered from them many times and have received swift and efficient service and their products have been exactly what I expected if not more! Thank you UTC!
