 (03-12-2012) The difference in being able to breath so well is incredible. I didn't find it as useful when cycling as I still needed to breath through my mouth and the Breathing Relief moved quite a lot, so I was forever pushing it back into place. I also probably wouldn't really wear it in public as my kids kindly pointed out it makes my nose look like a pig's, but at home and certainly at night it really is brilliant! |

I have to be honest, the only thing Breathing Relief did for me was make my snoring worse! I easily got the hang of inserting it into my nose but on the third night it started to dig into my nose so much it started to bleed. It also left a big red mark under my septum where the plastic dug in! UTTER waste of money. I wish I'd spent it on something else as it's Christmas. |

(21-11-2012) My nose is quite small and although I use the small size, it still feels a bit big and is a struggle to get in my nose. I have used it for about 4 days and whilst my sleep is now largely undisturbed, if I do wake in the night it is uncomfortable and I need to take it out. Also when I wake up my nose feels sore and it hurts a little to take it out. |

Im afraid that my sleepless night are not at an end. My partner tried this to stop his snoring for several nights. I can't say that it worked and now he refuses to wear it due to it being uncomfortable and making his nose scab, i guess this isnt for everyone. hey ho.... |

This is a good product and is easy to use. The only fault is the pack has 2 sizes which is good for a first buy but there doesn't seem to be an option to buy a pack with 2 of the size you prefer. i would definitely buy 2 more of the same size as they really do make breathing easier. |

I have tried both sizes and neither fit my nose they just fall out I have quite a flat nose so dont think it is any good for me . |

(18-10-2012) For me this purchase was a complete waste of money. There are two sizes in the pot, I used the small size and tried to persevere but after four nights I gave up as I found it really uncomfortable. I also tried using it during the day when I had a blocked nose, but once again too uncomfortable. Rather than throw them away I sterilised them and gave them to a friend, but he also found them too uncomfortable. So for me a really bad purchase. As you have to give a star rating I gave one. |
