Before I bought their product I looked at the reviews on their website and it got nearly 5 stars from everyone so I decide to buy it. But when I got the product (the 32-piece brush set) which didn't look anything close to the description, I wrote the 1-star review on there website. The next day I opened that page again and saw 4-5 other bad reviews. I looked around on their website then went back to that page after 5 mins, all the bad review were gone including mine! I wrote another review saying I knew they'd delete it again but whoever did it should feel ashamed and not surprisingly, it's gone again. I asked for the refund, they sent somebody to collect it from my house but until now I haven't got my money back (from March). I also found a similar product on amazon with half the price. A completely negative experience with this company but I learnt the lesson!

Without a shadow a doubt the worst bunch of amateurs I have ever come across. by no means should you deal with this bunch. three months of correspondence and constant chasing trying to get a faulty tablet replaced and it's like i am back to square one. if you do email them you will probably get a reply that they are away from the office and only have lmited access to emails..read what you will into that..I've done a fair bit of online shopping through the years and have had issues resolved if and when required. this lot are truly truly shocking. steer clear or purchase at your peril !!! if I could give minus stars I would.

I will never use this company, again! 

It started so well, they shipped my product very quick when I asked. So for this, I am grateful. 

Unfortunately the product was just terrible. I ordered the make up brushes. The bag and the brushes really smelt awful. Like really cheap horrible smelling plastic. Within the first use, the bristles on the brush fell out. Seriously awful. 

That's not even the worst part. 3 days after, I received an email (which should not have even been sent to me) in which I was CC'd and not BCC'd. So now 5 other people now have my email address and I have a strangers home address and details. 

I had to return the android notebook I bought from GeneeWenee as it developed a fault. I sent several emails and eventually received and email informing me that i had to return the item, registered mail and they would have a look at it and offer a refund/replacement. I arranged the return using a courier company (i live in Ireland) and emailed GeneeWenee to ask if i would be refunded the costs of the return, the email I recieved back said that they couldnt do this but could arrange collection from me! This was not stated in the first email and i had already booked collection. I informed them of this and asked for confirmation of receipt of the notebook, as my courier has confirmed delivery, and I have had no response since March 6th. Really, Realy disappointed with poor customer service. I still dont know whats happening.

It's still nil points. But we're all sorted now. Good bye GW hope we don't have anything to do with you again. Thank you Harpreet for looking after Keith.

"Amazing Tablet"

I have recently brought my eight year old son the Genie Wenie tablet from Pigsback. I have to say I think its the best birthday present I have ever brought him, he has had endless hours of fun on it already and loves the sense of freedom he gets from being able to communicate with his other friends and play the games he wants to play as and when he wants. The Tablet is the perfect size and is very well built and has with stood a lot of drops. 

I have spent 10 years in handling customer service for a major online retailer and in my opinion, Genie Wenie are really good in what they are doing. Keep up the good work Genie Wenie. 

Site is easy to navigate, very well laid out. Prices are good, found what I needed at a decent price. Delivered before the agreed time.

Good price, delivered within reasonable time, in good condition.
Unfortunately, still haven't been able to install the piece of equipment, but that's my problem, not 'GeneeWenee'.
