 (05-01-2013) two orders havent arrived that i placed on 5th december. three emails to them stating so and no response. emailed livingsocial and no response from them either! would not recommend igadgets. they're customer service was terrible when questioning whether another order had been dispatched... i got an email saying 'WE ARE CLOSED FOR CHRISTMAS'.. that's no help to man nor beast when trying to get an answer as to whether something was going to arrive on time for christmas day!! |

I can't get hold of anyone - by phone or email through their website. I placed multiple orders on their website, which appeared to have gone through because money was already taken from my PayPal account. But when I checked my order history on their website, there's no record of it. |

I purchased a QYPE DEAL from IGadgets (Iphone5 Cover) It has been 2 months since my order was placed and I have not yet received the item. I am absolutley appauled at the customer service - I have sent them 3 requests via their website http://ithinkgadgets.co.uk/index.php?route=information/contact and called the mobile number that just rings and rings and goes to a generic voicemail (which I have not had a reply to). |
