I booked for IPL treatment with Sparkle - at 1st everything seemed fine and I booked an appointment for the following week. Just before I was about to leave for my appointment I was called by them to cancel, I asked about re-arranging and was told to use the online booking system. However when I went online there were no appointments for almost 2 months! I called to ask what I should do and was basically told they didn't care as I had booked using an offer. They allowed me to book an appointment, so the time would pass until I could no longer claim a refund for my voucher. They will take your money, not provide the service and be rude to you if you complain! They clearly post positive reviews themselves as every other person I have spoken to about them has had a negative experience. I wish I had paid attention to the other reviews before  I booked with them, it would have saved me money and hassle - BE WARNED!!

Crap. As was the case with one of the previous reviews, hygiene standards did not materialise as the person who carried out the treatment did not wash their hands after coughing their guts up every five minutes. Not what you want to see if they are going to be touching your mouth (regardless of the fact they wear gloves). Went for a teeth whitening treatment via an offer code (3x15 minute sessions) for £49 - they usually charge over £200 for this service! Don't be fooled by the pleasant environment of the building. Paid £10 extra for a 'maintenance pen' which proved worthless after using it for a week and a half. Not happy with the results. Would never normally review a service with so much disdain though I worry other people would make the mistake of rushing into it like I regrettably did... Save your time and money. Too good to be true!

Not only did u stay open late to accommodate us but the service was great and we both have teeth 10 shades lighter than when we came in!! Good morning I am making this clear for other potential clients this actual client was a kgb client costing £39 we didn't make any money from this as we hope to keep a excellent last impression and get returned custom from friends and family members as we was not actually working the Saturday required 4th august but as she pleaded for this date we arranged cover with Liverpool technician and 2hours before appointment time susan made contact through email and I returned at 10:05 to honour changing we had no need too as we do state 48hours notice more so in this occasion as we had to arrange extra staff also all cross infection is followed to standards and one pair of gloves per clients so this is untrue to also inform we are not a con company due to a health problem my husband joined me at king street January this year 2012 all this is clearly visual to see on our online booking when making booking with sparkle also she did inform by email she would leave as much untrue feedback on as many sites this is just unfair that clients like this can write un true comments but hopefully clients coming to ourselves will see this is untrue also to claify I have always been sparkle teethwhitening & beauty and my husband perfection whitening with thanks sparkle team.

All these good comments are staff these people change their name constantly they are con men who rip people off, do not use there services. It does not work & even lie that u need the pen an extra £10 to help the whitening procedure after you leave, but it does nothing. They use the same gloves over again no hygiene at all its all about money they will get closed down again soon but all they do is change names they trade under sparkle teeth whitening & perfection teeth whitening they are based on king street Manchester stay away....................

I love my new shiny teeth! I finally got round to using my groupon offer and to be honest I wish I went earlier as my teeth came up at least 5 or 6 shades whiter than when I went in. I was impressed with overall service and was throughly explained the procedure and given an aftercare leaflet. Their premises are easy to find on King Street and their practice was spotlessly clean. I will definitely go back in a few months. Thanks.

Me and my boyfriend had our teeth whitened about 6 months ago and are planning to go again soon. The man that did it was so lovely and explained everything thoroughly and honestly beforehand. The procedure was pain free and he was chatting to us all the way through. Our teeth both went up 4 shades and the difference was very noticeable. Our teeth have now faded back to what they were before however this is down to our diet and drinking lots of tea and coffee etc. I am very much looking forward to going back.
