Don’t just pluck it, Wizzit! 50% off the revolutionary new tweezer system

We are in exactly the same place as Doreenpage... we still have the laptop though as they did not reply to us so we did not want to send back the product until we had confirmation that we would receive a refund! The website is now down and citizens advice said all we can do is send a letter to say we will take them to a small claims court if they do not reply with a solution to this matter... we know they were not at the address to receive the letter and now it is sat in the local sorting office. There must be something we can do to get this moeny back from this thief - as thats all they have been! Again, it was a birthday present for our nephew and now he has nothing!

If you are thinking of buying ANYTHING from this company then DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a wizzit and manicure set and they were the most cheap, naff items I have ever bought. You would get better quality items in the 99p store. 

I complained and they didn't give a damn! Talk about customer service. I have never witnessed such awful rudeness from a company. Beware!!!! as once they have taken your money they don't care.

I'm sure that any good reviews are written by themselves.

I have rated 1 star purely because I couldn't submit the form without clicking on the stars.  I wish there was a facility to do minus stars, but sadly there wasn't

thay shouldnt even get one star i got a laptop of them it came to late for my 13year olds birthday it didt work when i sent it back to them thay gave me the wrong address i found an new address over a week later i still dont have my money back thay dont answer E-mails or pick up ther phone DONT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING THAY WILL TAKE  YOUR MONEY AND RUN

Bought a voucher off Kgb for a netbook from Redfeathers & paid via paypal P&P direct to them (nearly £12 which was £2 more than was quoted originally). I was then informed a few days later that Kgb were withdrawing the deal due to problems over payment with Redfeathers.
I then received an email from Redfeathers offering the netbook direct with them at a reduced cost which I declined & asked for a refund of P&P charges. Initially I was told it would be in my account a few days later.
After several emails still no refund but was told I could have a £20 voucher to use on their site something apparantly to do with the terms & conditions!
Several weeks & emails sent later I am still waiting & getting no replies to my emails
It would appear to me that this company cannot fulfil their obligations & is probably having financial problems.
I intend to take this matter further with the appropiate authorities.

I wasn't at all pleased with my Wizzit Tweezer. It's tacky and cheap: the battery compartment doesn't close properly, and no instructions were included. Worse, it was obviously a return which hadn't been cleaned properly - there were lots of little hairs in the works! NOT impressed!

After searching high and low on the web for an affordable Netbook I came across Red Feathers where I found an quality product which does everything I need it for and at an outstanding price. I would definitely recommend this to a friend 

Does what it claims to do! I am very fair skinned with fine cheek and chin hairs that do not respond to laser treatment. This little gadget gets rid of them painlessly although a little tingly at the time. Wouldn't be without it now
