(15-05-2013) Very Good Customer Support--- I had recently purchased a deal from living social. I tried redeeming the voucher using the link on the voucher but for some reasons it doesn't work. Then i send an email to justshe and within minutes i got a reply with the all the steps to redeem the voucher, the link to use , the options to click everything... It was very helpful for me to redeem my voucher. And then i had my order with my within one week.... Just loved the products i received... |

(11-05-2013) Terrible company! On 16th march I ordered a 7 piece make up set, a voucher from Groupon which was a birthday present and it is now 11th May and I have still not received it!! Originally when I ordered I was told there was a 3-7 day delivery time, after two weeks it had not arrived and I was moving house. I had emailed them before hand and asked them to amend the delivery address but apparently they had already sent it out for delivery. It apparently arrived the day after I moved out. I wasn't annoyed at this point - these things happen. But when I emailed them asking them to resend to another address (again) I was getting very short, one lined, unhelpful emails. After about 5 emails and another 2 weeks they eventually agreed to send the parcel to the new address - so long as I pay the postage again. I was quite annoyed now as they hadn't delivered in the time frame they promised, but I paid anyway. This was probably over 2 weeks ago now and I am still waiting. I emailed them again asking where my order is, making my complaint and asked if I could have a tracking number to find out where it is. The only response I had was 'your will receive your order soon as it has been dispatched'. In other words 'not our problem'. I am appalled by their awful customer service, all I want is my make up and an apology!! Not once have they said sorry - all the emails come across as rude and I have been extremely patient and polite with them until now! And judging by these reviews, they can't be bothered with anybody who has used the same offer... |

I like others have bought a deal from Nectar daily deals and have not received my 5 l'oreal items. Did everything that was asked with the voucher code when visiting their web site. Have now e mailed them 3 times, no reply. Going to phone Nectar to see if I can get my money back and then will report them to Trading Standards. |
