A giant 64% saving on an oversized garden game from Gadgets and Products – just £18

I bought a couple of Gazebo's from these people via Wowcher.
The gazebo's did arrive- very quickly actually.   The packaging wasn't great though- almost like they had already been opened and then repackaged.


My concerns:
**never replied to any emails
**never answered any calls- phone kept ringing and ringing
**as far as i understand it- they never responded to Wowcher's emails either

I returned one of the gazebo's and requested a refund.
I am not holding my breath to get a refund .

I would not recommend using this company, because if there's any problem with your order, you won't be able to contact them to discuss it!

If I could give this company no stars I would do. It sounds as if I'm having the same problem as everyone else. I really wish I had seen these reviews before ordering through wowcher because this company are truly unprofessional and their customer service is non exsistant. I ordered a knife set through wowcher on the 31st July and was told to wait up to 25 working days for my items to be delivered. 25 working days was Tuesday of this week, still no products. I have been emailing for over 2 weeks but no answers, I have called but the phone never gets picked up. I have now resorted to complaining to wowcher who have said that there was a delay due to the company having no stock (so why advertise the item on wowcher?!?!?!) and the products have now started shipping. So why not just email me and tell me that? I've been told to wait for another week, but I suspect that even if I don't get my items there's nothing wowcher could do anyway. I feel really let down and I won't be ordering with Wowcher or Gadgetsandproducts again

Having yet again a very similar experience to the other Reviewers.  After purchasing a Voucher through a third party website, I used it to buy one of the cool products on the GadgetsandProducts website (and some of the stuff is pretty cool!). When the product arrived, it wasn't quite as the website had described and as such, I did not want it as it did not meet my expectations and I would even go so far as to say it had been misrepresented, ie. false advertising.  I contacted the company, and received a response after a couple of emails.  I was instructed what to do and sent the goods back.  Low and behold, I have heard nothing from them since, despite Royal Mail being able to prove that my package was delivered back to them.  They have not confirmed this and I have not been refunded.  I have sent numerous emails and heard nothing, the phone does just ring out when I try and ring the phone number which was included in one of their earlier responses (because they do not list one on their website).  So now not only I am out of pocket for goods which did not meet their description, I do not even have the goods anymore!  This happened to me a few years ago with Alexandra, the uniform specialists - that was because they were going bust and £40 worth of stuff got sent back and I never got my money back.  DO NOT BUY FROM GADGETSANDPRODUCTS - use Firebox or NPW or similar.

Having similar experience as above... Ordred a 32GB SD card through LivingSocial deal for ?18. Therre was an email explaining that there wasn't enough stock to cope with demand & delivery would be delayed until end of July. Now it is Sept, they won't answer the phone or emails to give me info on my order... Plus I am getting promotional emails from them now, as I am apparently a valued customer! Infuriating!

32 Gig SD cards  
I,m getting the same when I ordered X2 32 Gig SD card at a low price of £24, this company seems to not honour its goods to us good paying customers, I ordered mine with Mighty Deals http://www.mightydeals.co.uk and after contacting Mighty Deals they even pass the buck, its not good enough what two crap companies I,m know going back to my card company an going to get a chargeback its called section 72 if anybody wants the same thing...

what an awful company, order never arrived, no response to emails and phone always engaged. avoid, only gave one star because there was no lower mark available.

While the SD card I ordered works, when it eventually was delivered. The Gadgets and Products company has appalling customer service. A dispatch date minimum of 15 working days and up to 28 days depending on the product ordered,after order is confirmed even for products in stock is the longest dispatch time I have ever come across. Then then notified dispatch date passed with no update on a revised date. The company fials to reply to emails requesting update and they do not answer the phone or have an answering message service so there is no way to contact them to find out what is happening to the order. They even lie telling the company I bought the voucher from that they had contacted me when they hadn't. Eventually the card arrived 4 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered, no expalnation, apology or even receipt, invoice or advise in case it needed to be returned. I would certainly never do business with this company again.

Zero Star rating for customer service.

I am a coffee addict and I prefer drinking my coffee in the coffee shop way, with a lid, bcs i am not good with handling my coffee mug, keep spilling my coffee on the carpet. I had been looking for a substitute for the coffee shop mugs for some time now with a lid. Came across an ad for this mug and picked it up. Guess what – it’s brilliant! Not only does it look coffee shop style, but the coffee tastes just as it would in a proper coffee shop mug, and no spilling. I am very happy with my new coffee mug!!!
