ordered a product three months ago through this site with a voucher deal via kgb, absolute sham! still haven't received my product, and cant get a response from their admin team via email, so no refund. Just dont waste your time or money on this company site its a complete rip off!!!! And Im the one out of pocket! 

This company takes your money and does not send you items. There is no contact telephone number on the website and when I called the number that is listed on here it plays an automated message of the opening times and then hangs up on you. They don't reply to emails at all. I would not use this company 

I would love to give a star rating, but after ordering 2 items over the last few months I am still waiting to receive them! I have never failed to receive items from any of my other numerous internet purchases from other companies. No response fron Silicone17 and ~£80 out of pocket. Be warned. Have just read other comments - until then I thought that I had just been unlucky - now realise that they are acting on the brink of criminality and I suppose that I will have to start using legal channels to see if I get any response - suppose best result would be to make them stop trading (for want of a better word).

Their phone system now only tells you their office opening hours and they do not respond to any emails.

I would call them cowboys, but cowboys had some honour and morality.

Just been on their site again - obviously still ripping people off - and have new copyrite for 2013. Contact no.s I've been trying without any success - anyone know any others?

hi all yet another disgruntled customer for this joke of a company i ordered this mini lap top from go groupie on the 5/11/12 . after numerous emails to this so called company only 3 were replied to one saying the colour i ordered was out of stock 14/12/12  (after receiving an email 5th dec advising the product had been sent via royal mail) then was told another was being sent that day 14/12/12 still no sign of the product i have sent 8 emails with nothing only this last one as follows

If you are thinking of dealing with this company, then don't. If you have & are not happy then contact Watchdog or even better Trading Standards. They are string along con men.

   Really wish i hadnt read the reviews, now im getting really worried, ordered 3 mini laptops for my 3 dughters for xmas, but no sign of them.
Have been torturing them constantly for the last 2 months, but nothing, and guess what? i just live 5 mins away from their office, and can get no further than reception, have yet to even see their office, let alone their faces. I see right up untill the end of august their reviews were brilliant. I know they then had a death about then, im beginning to think must have been  the brains of the business who died,

any help and advice wellcomed.

I ordered 2 laptops back in September, after endless emails one of the laptops arrived at the beginning of nov, still waiting for the second one to come. Again after sending several emails with NO response I still haven't received anything. I now have the awkward choice of deciding which of my 2 daughters will have a laptop for Xmas and the other has to go without because I doubt very much I will be refunded my money before Xmas. Extremely unhappy with this company

Gutted.... I am a hard working mum of 3 who saved to get my daughter a laptop for a gift.. It has been 7 wks since my order,they or he (mike) has responded to 1 of my 6 emails with a very unsatisfactory excuse.. I am so worried that I have either lost my money or will not receive it or both.. Don't know what to do

I recently ordered an android laptop 4 through KGB deals in September  I am very disappointed with the service and update. This was supposed to be a birthday present in October and am not even sure I will get it for Christmas. THE COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN VERY POOR. First time i used Silicone 17 and I don't think I will ever even recommend it. This was supposed to be a great deal its turning to be a nightmare. Fingers crossed . I have sent couple of emails with no response. 

I have ordered two of these laptops for my childrens christmas presents and emailed twice enquiring as to when I could expect to see them.  I have just emailed them advising I will be reporting them to watchdog unless I get a response by Monday, I'm not particularly hopeful.
