All vouchers remain valid until their expiration date. We kindly ask you to download all vouchers from your QypeDeals account, if you have not done so already.
For business owners:
The vouchers are valid and must be redeemed. Concerning the settlements of accounts we will pay out the full amount within a short time.
You can still reach us via e-mail. Please be aware that we receive a lot of requests these days, responses may thus take some time to get back to you.
Data Protection

When you visit www.qypedeals.co.uk and don’t purchase a deal, we don’t collect any personal data from you. However, some data is collected and stored on our servers purely for statistical purposes. This data consists of:
- Your IP address
- The date, time of day and time zone associated with the requested data (type of requests, protocol type, and access status – so, file transferred, file not found, etc.)
- The file size
- The file name
- Information about the website where you found us
- A description of the browser used (including the operating system)
- Information on the subpages on www.qypedeals.co.uk you visit
However, if you buy a QypeDeal or send us your data by other means (for example, if you sign up to our newsletter), we’ll save your personal details.
Personal details, as defined by the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), are pieces of information about a certain individual. According to the type of contract, these details could be their name, address, email address, birth date, occupation, bank details and other sensitive data such as income and credit history. All the data is protected by us and carefully selected partner companies, in accordance with § 11 BDSG and applying the regulations set forth in BDSG and TDDSG by way of technical and organisational measures.
We don’t forward your stored data onto external third parties and we only use your data for marketing purposes after notifying users and asking for their express approval. Any transfer of personal data (for example, between your computer and QypeDeals) takes place under encryption to secure your data against misuse by third parties. In accordance with § 34 BDSG, you have the right to obtain information regarding your data stored on our premises, free of charge to you.
To make the site easier for you, we use ‘cookies’ on www.qypedeals.co.uk. They don’t contain any information that’s readable as plain text. Our cookies give you the option of checking your shopping cart while you’re shopping on the site. Cookies aren’t saved to the hard drive, so disappear after you close your browser window. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can deactivate this feature, so that the system notifies you as soon as cookies are sent.
Information on our SSL encryption:
In order to prevent your personal data being transferred in a non-encrypted form – and potentially getting intercepted by third parties – we encrypt your orders using SSL (Secure Socket Layer, RSA with 1024-bit exchange, RC4 128-bit). If you use Windows 2000, please install the ‘Windows 2000 High Encryption Pack’ to use this software. Window XP and Vista users don’t need this update.
