For voucher purchasers:
All vouchers remain valid until their expiration date. We kindly ask you to download all vouchers from your QypeDeals account, if you have not done so already.
For business owners:
The vouchers are valid and must be redeemed. Concerning the settlements of accounts we will pay out the full amount within a short time.
You can still reach us via e-mail. Please be aware that we receive a lot of requests these days, responses may thus take some time to get back to you.

QypeDeals have the best deals from restaurants, bars, cinemas, concerts, spas, sports clubs, cultural events and more for you and your friends to enjoy. The deals are published at regular intervals and, usually, deals are available to buy online for three days at a time. Once you’ve bought one, you’ll get a voucher which can be redeemed within a set period of time.

Use the ‘QypeDeals email’ button on the right-hand side of the homepage to register for your city’s newsletter. You can also stay up-to date about our deals using Facebook, Twitter or RSS. And don’t worry: we’ll only send you deals that work in your city.
We’re 100% safe. Your data’s transferred to the site using the most sophisticated encryption method possible and any data transferred is used for that sole transaction and not shared with any third parties.
We currently accept both credit and debit cards. Soon, we’ll add PayPal too.
As soon as we’ve received your payment, you’ll get a message with your deal voucher attached as a PDF so you can print it out yourself.
Each deal is only available for a certain amount of time, and a clock on the offer’s page will let you know how long you have left!
