For voucher purchasers:
All vouchers remain valid until their expiration date. We kindly ask you to download all vouchers from your QypeDeals account, if you have not done so already.
For business owners:
The vouchers are valid and must be redeemed. Concerning the settlements of accounts we will pay out the full amount within a short time.
You can still reach us via e-mail. Please be aware that we receive a lot of requests these days, responses may thus take some time to get back to you.

What is QypeDeals and how does it work?

QypeDeals offers daily, time-sensitive offers, which we call ‘Deals’, from businesses. These deals have a local, regional or national focus, depending on the needs of the business and can include one or many cities throughout the UK.
QypeDeals promotes the deals to thousands of potential customers via our email newsletters, Facebook, Twitter, Deal Partner pages and, of course, on Europe’s largest review and recommendation website, Qype!
We’re different from other daily deal websites.

This service is provided free of charge which means there’s no financial risk for businesses who want to take part. When sales are made, QypeDeals earns commission so no sales means no cost! After the vouchers are sold, Deal Partners are paid via wire transfer and customers must redeem their vouchers before the expiry date. Then they can go ahead and review their experience on Qype.
