 (10-02-2013) Tried to contact them by email, but to no avail, so called them. I asked for a consultant to call me back on 3 separate occasions over the course of a week, but they failed to do so each time. I find this bizarre behaviour for a company that provides an over the phone consultation service. Needless to say I decided to opt for a traditional face-to-face with a specialist wills solicitors premises, which turned out to be cheaper. |

(06-12-2012) Very difficult to contact and impossible to book an appointment at reasonable time, not answering to emails at all, promising to call back and never do, cannot provide answers to quite simple legal questions raising serious questions if the staff is really qualified to handle such an important document? NOT recommended. |
